Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $35. For orders under $35, a flat shipping rate is calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery time for standard shipping is 7–15 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

 

International Shipping

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

 

Delays

Occasionally, shipping may be delayed due to high order volume, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to keep you informed.
